Job description

  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management.
  • Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
  • Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
  • Find, contact, and dealing with vendors.
  • Maintenance Asset office.
  • Record Keeping of Office assets (e.g workstations labels, desktops/laptops, labels, etc.).

Job requirements

  • At least Bachelor's degree in any field, fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Good communication (verbal & written) and proactive.
  • Willing to work with high presure.
  • Good Negotiation Skills.
  • Good English is a plus.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in HO (Yogyakarta).
