Job description
- Site visitation to initiate & build commercial relationship and conduct sales transaction with new, potential, and existing customers
- Devise the best strategy in his area to achieve effective work flow and income through goods promotion, area mapping, personnel coordination & education
- Lead relationships with the key partners in area
- Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Job requirements
- Experienced in Sales Operations role of Baking or Staple product management at least 5 years.
- Experienced in restaurant, shop and home culinary production.
- Knowledgeable in the designated area (especially cities/villages in Central Java)
- Good communications, leadership and target oriented
- Ready Placement in Central Java Area
