Job description

  • Site visitation to initiate & build commercial relationship and conduct sales transaction with new, potential, and existing customers
  • Devise the best strategy in his area to achieve effective work flow and income through goods promotion, area mapping, personnel coordination & education
  • Lead relationships with the key partners in area
  • Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets


Job requirements

  • Experienced in Sales Operations role of FMCG companies (exp. in retail supermarket and distributor an extra point, for at least 3 years for Spv or Manager)
  • Knowledgeable in the designated area (especially cities/villages in West Java)
  • Good communications, leadership and target oriented
  • Ready Placement in West Java Area
